The Pre-K gardeners have been diligently tending to the plants we planted on Tu B’Shevat.
What a surprise awaited us when we returned from Pesach break—we were greeted by a beautiful harvest! Our yeladim were thrilled to see the results of their hard work.
We harvested tomatoes, a green pepper, plenty of beans, a huge cucumber, and an assortment of herbs including parsley, cilantro, basil, and mint.
